10.2 A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting zt777h support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within one (1) business day. Any Real Funds balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
